The problem this solves

Licences go out. Training gets run. Champions get appointed.
And adoption stalls.

Three months later, it's still just the champions and a handful of enthusiasts using it daily. Everyone else has gone back to how they worked before. The champions are doing everything right — running lunch-and-learns, answering questions, sharing prompts. They're working hard. And it's not scaling.

Because there's a difference between knowing how to use Copilot and actually changing how work gets done. Champions can teach people the tool. What they can't do alone is redesign the process so AI is built into how things operate, rather than something people choose to do on a good day.

Program Structure

Two phases. Twelve months. Real change.

The first four weeks build capability. The following eleven months embed AI into how your organisation actually operates.

Phase 1
Intensive Enablement
Weeks 1-4

Four weeks of focused, hands-on sessions. Your people go from scratching the surface to using Copilot with intent, and build their first working agent.

Phase 2
Embedded AI Operations
Months 2-12

Monthly sessions shifting from learning to changing how work gets done. Champions identify processes worth redesigning, build agents, and make sure they get used.

Phase 1

Intensive Enablement

Four weeks. Half-day sessions. On-site or remote. Every session shaped by a pre-program readiness survey — no generic content, no party tricks.

Phase 1 Deliverables
AI-Ready Report (pre-program baseline)
Participant prompt library and resource pack
At least one working Copilot Agent built on a real use case
Executive summary of Phase 1 outcomes and recommendations
Phase 2

Embedded AI Operations

This is where the real work happens. Phase 1 builds the capability. Phase 2 changes how the organisation operates.

Month 2-4

From Champions to Process Architects

Your champions stop running the same prompting workshop for the fifteenth time and start doing the work that actually matters: finding the three or four processes where AI should be permanent.

Advanced prompting: role assignment, chain prompting, iteration
Process mapping: workflows that need AI built in, not bolted on
Agent design sprints for priority workflows
Hands-on agent builds in Copilot Studio
Adoption check-in: what's sticking, what's not, why
Month 5-8

Building the Operating Layer

Agents move from 'we built one and it works' to 'this is how we do this process now.' Focus shifts to reliability, data quality, and daily usage.

Agent refinement: accuracy, data sources, edge cases
Multi-agent design: agents working together across workflows
SharePoint foundations that support what you're building
Governance in practice: ownership, maintenance, version control
Measuring impact: usage data, time savings, quality
Month 9-12

Scale and Hand Over

Designed to make itself redundant. By this stage, your people are designing and building agents internally, and you don't need me in the room for it to keep moving.

Scaling to new teams and departments
Internal enablement: champions bring others along
Roadmap planning: what's coming, what to prioritise, what to ignore
Copilot Studio advanced: connectors, custom actions, complex logic
Program close: outcomes report and recommendations
Dedicated Teams Workspace

Runs for the full program. Ask questions, share what's working, get feedback on agent designs, troubleshoot between sessions. Actively managed — not a forum that goes quiet after week two.

Outcomes

What your organisation gets

After Phase 1

Copilot used daily with structured prompts
At least one working agent on a real use case
Confidence to experiment and iterate
Clear understanding of what helps and what doesn't

After Phase 2

Champions own the process, not just the tool
Multiple agents running in production workflows
Internal capability to keep building without external support
Clear picture of what's working and what it's saved

What Changes

Processes designed so AI is how the work gets done
Enablement runs continuously, not as a single event
Agents in production that people rely on daily
Manual steps replaced; humans add judgment, not labour
Investment

Two options. Same quality.

Why this works

Most Copilot training is a single event that fades.

A facilitator reads from Microsoft's playbook, runs scripted demos, and leaves behind a slide deck no one opens again. Six months later, usage is sporadic and the investment feels wasted.

That approach fails because it only addresses half the problem. People leave knowing how to use Copilot. But knowing how to do something and actually doing it consistently every day are completely different challenges.

This program runs for 12 months because
4 weeks

to build the capability

11 months

to embed it into how the business operates

By the end

you're not relying on motivation or memory. The processes themselves have changed.

"After the Copilot Masterclasses, our team no longer sees Copilot as an experiment but as part of how we work every day. We've gone from trying it out to building functional Copilot Agents that save hours of admin and automate reporting. What stood out most was the focus on enabling people, not just tools, so the capability stuck immediately."

Jemma Hirst
Head of IT Training, Grant Thornton

"Over the past 18 months we explored AI but couldn't find an expert who could answer our questions with confidence. Meeting Dan changed that. His approach has been systematic, adaptable, and focused on our business context."
